- Now that your home is market ready, there are two elements that must be carefully considered and thought-out PRICE & STRATEGY
- Proper pricing is imperative, price too high and buyers will overlook your property and the listing will sit on the market for weeks/months. Price too low and you risk losing thousands of dollars.
- As your agent, I will conduct a comparative market analysis and a total market overview to ensure all factors are considered when pricing your home to help yield the highest profit as quickly as possible.

- Remember, you have the final say. You can choose to accept, sign back or reject any offer that comes in. As your agent, I will be with you every step of the way to ensure you make the best possible choice.
The Journey To Closing Day
- Once the offer is accepted and conditions fulfilled, it’s time to start packing!
- Make a moving checklist and take your time working through it.
- Cancel your utility and service providers.
- Prepare for closing costs. These can include legal fees and disbursements, utility and property tax adjustments and real estate commissions.
- As your agent, I will help in any way that I can. I have access to some great resources to help with packing, moving, cleaning etc.
